WHO YOU ARE:

You love customer service, are energetic and friendly, enjoy having fun, and have cash-handling experience.       

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Greet visitors, staff, and the public in person and/or via a multi-line phone system, promoting positive guest relations, answering questions, screening, and responding to inquiries, and referring or directing them, when necessary, to the appropriate persons.
  • Maintain clean, sanitary, and orderly checkout areas.
  • Operate cash register/point of sale system and complete a daily sales log.
  • Assist Management with inventory, including stocking and counting.
  • Maintain Players Club accounts and perform data entry.
  • Provide excellent customer service to shoppers, Bingo patrons, and employees.
  • Receive payment by cash, credit cards, vouchers, automatic debits, or points.
  • Issue receipts, credits, exchanges, or change due to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • As required, assists with the training of new cashiers. Responsible for enrolling new guests in the Players Club and assists current Players Club members with promotion enrollments.
  • Maintain guest information for both new and current Players Club members, performing data entry into the Players Club database.
  • Print new and duplicate Players Club cards as requested.
  • Promote the value and benefits of the Players Club by providing information to guests regarding marketing programs, redemptions, recordings as well as current and upcoming special events and/or promotions.
  • Stay informed of all Muckleshoot Bingo promotions/special events.
  • Assist with Bingo and VGD promotions and entertainment and assists with organizing and implementing special events, in conjunction with Marketing.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Six (6) months of customer service experience including retail and cash handling required.
  • Six (6) months of previous gaming experience preferred.
  • Basic Computer skills and previous experience working on a Point-of-Sale and Player Tracking System preferred.

We have grown from our humble beginnings as a small bingo tent located where our sister property Muckleshoot Casino now stands, into a state-of-the-art 55,000 square foot entertainment space, boasting two floors with over 1,000 bingo seats and over 500 of the hottest Vegas-style slot machines, and annually employ over 200 people from across the greater Auburn area.
